A Keep in Mind list is basically a list of people who are interested in a particular fanlisting of mine, and wish to be kept in mind should I ever decide to adopt out that fanlisting.
Being on my list does not mean you are entitled to the fanlisting, nor do you get first dibs - it simply means that you will be notified if the fanlisting is ever up for adoption. However, I may make exceptions at my own discretion.
